At the January MSTA Board meeting, the Board approved the recommendation of the Bylaw task force to seek membership approval for the revised bylaws. Below are both the existing bylaws and the proposed revised bylaws.

The membership will be asked to vote on approving the new Bylaws at the Fall 2012 General Meeting in Billings. Please review them before that time.
